Welcome to Jon’s Home. By creating an account or using jonshome.online, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Using Jon’s Home

Jon’s Home is an online community and personal web platform that provides features including posts, discussions, comments, profiles, project information, messaging-related features, notifications, and other interactive services.

You agree to use Jon’s Home respectfully and lawfully.

You may not use the service to:

• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or intentionally harm others.
• Post or distribute illegal content.
• Spam, scam, defraud, or mislead other users.

Additional community behavior may be governed by the Community Guidelines.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when required for registration, verification, account recovery, or security purposes.

You should notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to Jon’s Home.

By posting content in areas intended to be publicly or privately shared with other users, you give Jon’s Home permission to store, process, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the features you choose to use.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to share it.

4. Moderation

Content may be reviewed, limited, hidden, or removed when necessary to enforce these Terms, the Community Guidelines, protect users, maintain the service, or comply with applicable law.

Accounts may be warned, restricted, suspended, or permanently removed for violations.

5. Public and Private Areas

Some areas of Jon’s Home are public and may be visible without an account. Other features may require an account or have additional privacy controls.

Do not submit information to a public area that you do not want publicly visible.

Jon’s Home may display projects, applications, services, demonstrations, or businesses created, operated, or promoted by Jon’s Playground.

Links to third-party websites or services may also appear on Jon’s Home. Jon’s Home is not responsible for the availability, content, security, or privacy practices of independent third-party services.

8. Service Availability

Jon’s Home is provided on an “as available” basis.

Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, temporarily unavailable, discontinued, or replaced as the platform develops.

Reasonable efforts may be made to maintain the service and protect stored information, but no online service can guarantee complete availability or security.

9. Account Suspension or Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risks, abuses the service, or seriously disrupts the community.

Users may also request deletion of their account where that functionality is available.

By continuing to use Jon’s Home after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
