Introducing JPRouteLine

I’ve been working on a new project called JPRouteLine, a business phone system designed to give small businesses the features of a professional phone service without all the complicated setup and controls.

With JPRouteLine, each business gets its own dedicated phone number and a private dashboard where they can manage their phone system themselves.

Businesses can manage:

Call destinations and routing
Business hours
Holidays and special hours
Custom greetings
English & Spanish call menus
Multi-level IVR menus (Press 1 for…, Press 2 for…)
After-hours call handling
Temporary closures
Voicemail
Notifications
Caller ID
And more

The goal is simple: give businesses a professional phone presence without making them learn or manage a complicated phone system.

The business gets an easy-to-use dashboard for everyday changes, while the technical side of the platform is centrally managed through a separate Super Admin system.

JPRouteLine is built for businesses that want their phone system to sound professional, stay organized, and be easy to manage.
